Hey Everyone!
Still having a blast in Arizona! I "landed" back in Phoenix this afternoon and am ready to get to work tomorrow at the CSLP conference.
Yesterday morning, I had a wonderful visit with my friend's Kindergarten class in Page, Arizona. Page is on Lake Powell and is in the Navajo Nation. Almost all of her class consists of Navajo children. Isn't that picture precious? (My friend, Louise, is the perfect Kindergarten teacher. Notice her fine hat!)
They made me feel very welcome and, if I can get the video ready, I will post one of the stories I taped. The children were awesome helping me tell my version of The Wide Mouth Frog!
